Charlie: I know exactly what you mean. My first grandchild is due in July. NOTHING gets in the way of that. I am just thankful the due date isn't during prime time. I hope you guys are as excited as we are. My daughter and her husband worked on this for a few years before hitting "pay dirt".
PS.....The smoked and dried pepper turned out awesome. Its amazing how 3 lbs of jalapenos shrinks down to a small pile of spice mix.
